On Thursday, September 18, 2025, the Sendai Convention Bureau participated in the “JNTO Incentive Travel Business Meeting (Taiwan)” held in Taipei.
The event brought together 24 organizations from across Japan as sellers, while 44 Taiwanese travel agencies joined as buyers. Our bureau conducted meetings with 16 travel agencies, introducing Sendai’s facilities, experience programs, and available support for incentive travel.
In addition, before and after the business meeting, we visited a total of 8 travel agencies in Taipei to gather up-to-date insights into buyer needs and market trends.
Moving forward, we will continue to strengthen our relationships with Taiwanese buyers and use the knowledge gained to refine our support programs and further enhance our promotional efforts to attract incentive travel to Sendai.
